There are 4 main ways to print labels, depending on how many products you’re trying to print labels for will determine which method works best for you:

If you’re reprinting retail labels and do not have the item's SKU available:

Inventory Control

Step 1: Navigate to Inventory > Inventory Control

Step 2: Search for the product you'd like to print labels for and click the pencil icon next to the correct product

Step 3: Scroll to the Barcode section and select the label size using the ‘Retail Barcode Size’ drop-down

Step 4: Select a printer location and enter the quantity to print, and click Print.

Edit Live Inventory

Step 1: Navigate to Inventory > Edit Live Inventory

Step2: Search for the product you'd like to print labels for and click ‘Print Jars’

Step 3: Enter the number of labels in the 'Quantity' field and click 'Print'

Note: This option will only work if you currently have units available in your Live Inventory.

Retail Products

Step 1: Navigate to Retail Products > Edit Products

Step 2: Choose whether the product is Live or Stock using the drop-down, search for the product, and click the appropriate item

Step 3: Scroll to the Barcode section and select the label size using the ‘Retail Barcode Size’ drop-down

Step 4: Select a printer location and enter the quantity to print, and click Print.

If you’re reprinting retail labels and do have the item's SKU available:

Retail Products

Step 1: Navigate to Retail Products > Print Labels

Step 2: Scan the item's barcode or enter the item's SKU in the 'barcode' field

Step 3: Enter the number of labels in the 'Quantity' field and click 'Print'

Inventory Count

Step 1: Navigate to Daily Procedures > Inventory Count 

Step 2: Search for the product you'd like to print labels for and click the Print icon on the far right-hand side. 

Note: You may need to scroll to reach the right edge of the Inventory Count Details.

Step 3: Select a printer location and enter the quantity to print, and click Print.
